Our MIND-BODY WELLNESS program includes offerings in Creative Movement and dance fitness. We also partner with Meaningful Living Ministry to offer workshops that focus on positive living and self-empowerment.  

The benefits we aim to achieve through our specific programs have to do with heightening our awareness so that we can reach our highest level of creative energy.  This energy can then be used to create health, harmony and peaceful living.

Nia® is a mindful dance fitness practice that not only conditions your body in remarkable ways, but also conditions your mind

with the creative use of music and movement. Nia is a movement art that will elevate your movement skill by increasing flexibility, mobility, agility, stability and strength.

Nia was founded on the principle that the joy of movement is the secret to fitness. It is a holistic exercise combining the essences of Martial Arts, Dance, and Yoga.  By addressing the entire human being (body, emotions, mind, & spirit), Nia provides heightened awareness and expression through conscious movement.

Classes are done barefoot to soul moving, rhythmic music.   Plan to attend and invite a friend.
